BMTrack ("the app", "we") is a bowel movement tracking app developed by an independent developer. This policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices.
All bowel movement logs, notes, and analysis outputs are stored only on your device. We do not upload this data to our own servers.
When you use cloud AI analysis, text and images you provide are sent to Google's Gemini API via Firebase AI Logic to generate results. This processing is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not store the raw request contents on our own servers.
BMTrack can also use an on-device model when available. On-device inference runs locally on your device.
If you enable "Use your own Gemini API key," your key is stored locally on your device using Android encrypted storage. Requests are sent directly from your device to Google Gemini and are governed by Google's policies.
The app may collect aggregated analytics events to improve product quality and reliability. This data is processed under Google's privacy terms.
The free tier can display ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage signals according to Google's advertising policy.
If enabled, BMTrack can read meal context and shared local model metadata from KCalTrack installed on the same device. This integration happens on-device through Android content providers and permissions; BMTrack does not upload this synced data to our own servers.
The app does not require account sign-in. We do not directly collect your identity.
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy over time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
If you have questions about this policy, contact the developer through the Play Store listing.
BMTrack is an independent app and is not affiliated with Google.
